Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Lead to join our Sydney team. This is a pivotal role for a sales professional who excels at the intersection of business development and community building. Drive the full sales lifecycle for our premium Sydney workspaces, from proactive lead generation and discovery to strategic closing, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Cultivate a vibrant community through the power of networking and referrals. Forge lasting relationships with brokers and leverage the enthusiasm of our existing members to create a thriving ecosystem of leads. Your ability to connect and build trust is key to turning prospects into loyal members.
Deliver compelling workspace tours that articulate the Hub Australia value proposition, inspiring prospective members to envision their company’s growth within our spaces.
Manage sophisticated licence agreement negotiations and member renewals, prioritising long-term retention and mutual value.
Utilise CRM insights (HubSpot) to track performance metrics, optimize the sales pipeline, and adapt strategies to remain competitive in the evolving coworking market.
Mentor and coach sales talent while cultivating a proactive, sales-driven culture across our onsite Workspace Experience teams.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a proactive closer who balances commercial acumen with exceptional interpersonal skills. You are comfortable navigating complex deals and possess the executive presence required to engage with diverse business leaders.
You should also have:
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within flexible workspace, real estate, or premium hospitality sectors.
Proven success in managing end-to-end sales processes and a track record of consistently exceeding revenue KPIs.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present professionally to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong relationship management skills, specifically with the commercial broker network and corporate decision-makers.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline management and data-driven decision-making.
A solid grasp of varied sales techniques and methodologies, adaptable to diverse scenarios and clientele.
Experience in leadership, coaching, or mentorship is highly regarded.
