Job Description

Payroll Implementation Engineer responsibilities include assisting a company in gaining work effectiveness and producing more outputs by enhancing its inside specialities. He/she makes the company stand unique among others in terms of profits and work productivity. He/she works and collaborates with the management/customers/clients with an intention to comprehend the business requirements of the company and also assists the same with enforcing different specialized schemes and programs for the same.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Payroll software at various client locations
  • Understanding the client requirements and configuring the software to address these requirements
  • Uploading Client data into the software from existing software or Excel files
  • Training the client on the software and working with the client to process the Payroll
  • Troubleshooting any issues with either the data or software
  • Interfacing with the client for the entire duration of the project from kick-off to closure

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Experience working on Payroll Process or using / Implementing Payroll Software
  • Basic RDBMS skills (SQL Server, Oracle
  • Good written and spoken English communication, Must have worked for at least one year on Client facing job-either in Software implementation
  • Setting up payroll structure: rules, conventions, payroll policy determination and implementation Payroll life cycle, PF, ESI, Income Tax - experience in processing payroll would be an advantage.
