Job Description
The HR Executive objective will be to support the organization within every area of a company's human resources operations. An HR executive performs the basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as personnel management, social welfare and the maintenance of HR records.
Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding and analysing the client's manpower requirements in different skill set categories.
- Formulation and Implementation of Recruitment/Sourcing strategies
- Posting of job on the job portals, websites, blogs and other discussion forums
- Telephonic Screening of the profiles checking for Technical Fitment, behavioural Fitment, Stability etc.
- Conducting preliminary interviews as specified by client
- Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers
- Achieving the assigned target as per the role
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should show the grace and confidence whilst talking to the candidates
- Should possess proficiency in Ms- Excel
- Good communication skills
- Hands on experience in preparing reports
