Company Description

We help locals and tourists get access to the best hotels' amenities without needing to book a room. After just two years we are the leading platform to book daycation in Spain with more than 250 hotels and are already expanding to Portugal, France and Italy.

After a year, we've raised a first round of financing with Reus Capital Partners (investor en Badi y 21 buttons) and some business angles. With it we created our sales team and hired our first full-stack dev to maintain, improve the platform and launch new features.

Our platform aims to be the marketplace where locals and tourists can find the best daycation experiences in Europe and elsewhere to enjoy the pools, restaurants, spas and more. We're focused on growing fast but in an organized manner.

Job Description

  • Grow hotelbreak user base
  • Improve user retention and repetition
  • Test and find new marketing / growth opportunities
  • Work with the dev and content teams to generate new growth experiments
  • Work with the sales team to improve lead generation mechanisms
  • Create, manage and optimize campaigns to achieve growth and revenue objective while maintaining/reducing CAC 
  • Automatize marketing task such as campaign creation, newsletter and reporting
  • Work with the communication team to establish, ensure and evolve brand guidelines and style
  • Work on SEO to improve organic ranking (on-page and off-page)
  • Work with devs and data analyts to set up CRM, automation and personalization efforts

Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years experience managing online marketing campaigns in a medium to large company
  • You are an expert in Facebook / Instagram and Google Ads MANDATORY
  • You are passionate by growth marketing and the growth hacking mindset
  • You are not afraid by large amount of data and are fluent in data analysis and reporting
  • Having technical (HTML, CSS, Javascript) experience in a plus
  • You have experience with mail marketing and it's problematics
  • You love an open, inclusive culture that supports learning and encourages collaboration
