Company Description

Tom & Phil set up Honest Burgers from a tent, serving burgers and chips at parties and festivals. We’ve now got over 45 restaurants across the UK. We make British beef patties in our very own butchery and rosemary chips that are cut and cooked daily in our chipping room. Every restaurant serves local beers from neighboring breweries, and many of our restaurants serve local burgers using ingredients from nearby food heroes which have been created by the team. 

Job Description

As a brand team we are blessed with a lot of incredible messages to talk about. From our people to the quality of our food, to the processes behind it all. And we’re looking for someone who can support the team in getting those stories out there. From supporting the Brand team to execute the brand vision in our restaurants to helping make our campaigns to recruit new customers happen. You’ll be an essential part of getting stuff done and the glue in our brand team. You’ll have a finger on the pulse on current trends and the wider food & hospitality industry, and always be looking to help us up our game. 

You’ll quickly slot into a fast-paced, well-knit team, and be eager to learn about marketing at Honest and the wider business, forming a great relationship with our incredible operations teams. 

You’ll be Honest by nature, have empathy with our teams, partners and networks, and a good level of knowledge across the full brand and marketing mix will stand you in good stead. It’ll be busy and you’ll need a beer by Friday night - but we think you’ll love it.

Additional Information

  • £23,000 basic salary, plus bonus  

  • 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

  • Wagestream membership. This means you can claim 50% of your wages as you earn them
