Homzmart is an end to end community that connects home professionals with homeowners who can browse home designs, furniture, accessories and products and also can find reviews, referring professionals, take advice from professionals and read articles about home improvement.

• Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process

• Analysing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year

• Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance

• Leading and delivering on Digital Finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining

• Performing adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making

• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results

• Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives

• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts

• Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets

• Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations

• Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team

• Having prior experience in a similar role.

• Having strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.

• Having excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.

• Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
