Job Description

  • Supervise and motivate retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store staff
  • Analyze the budget and profitability through cost-effective methods.
  • Plan targets for the team and ensure that they are timely achieved.
  • Evaluate the performance of the staff on an individual basis.
  • Acknowledge customer queries timely and effectively
  • Implement operational changes with strategically proposed methods.
  • Lead team to provide the best customer services.
  • Ensure the expansion of sales and brand visibility.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are being followed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in retail management
  • Knowledge of store operations and customer service standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
