Job Description

  • Maintain a high performing team that achieves and drives high business result

  • Coaching and developing employees,correcting performance issues and continually identify opportunities to improve team performance 

  • Preparing performance reports by collecting and analyzing data 

  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for common situations

  • Identify process improvements,provide solutions and establish action plans in order to make working processes more efficient and accomplish business goals and objective

Qualifications

  • Previous seniority experience 

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks 

  • Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment

  • Ability to connect small pieces of data and information with accuracy and focus

  • Ability to lead, retain and develop talents

  • Customer service background
