Job Description
Maintain a high performing team that achieves and drives high business result
Coaching and developing employees,correcting performance issues and continually identify opportunities to improve team performance
Preparing performance reports by collecting and analyzing data
Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for common situations
Identify process improvements,provide solutions and establish action plans in order to make working processes more efficient and accomplish business goals and objective
Qualifications
Previous seniority experience
3+ years of experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
Ability to connect small pieces of data and information with accuracy and focus
Ability to lead, retain and develop talents
