Job Description

  • Develop content strategy to be used across channels including social, email, website with the goal of increasing engagement, extending lifetime value, and building deeper customer relationships
  • Specifically, create new content including writing, video, social media, SMS, PDF opt-ins, brochures, etc
  • Source, reach out to, and establish partnerships with influencers to drive enrollment for Homzmart
  • Identify and establish partnerships with complimentary businesses and influencers to help find new pockets of opportunity for growth
  • Create new social channels that Homzmart is not currently on based on the market need
  • Support design and development of website pages for content hub
  • Develop/Support and execute success story/testimonial content plan
  • Managing multiple, concurrent projects, communicating with all team members involved to stay on task timelines/deadlines
  • Expertise in all technology platforms (from outreach to execution) and skilled in learning new systems as needed
  • Comfortable using them on a daily basis to support team needs
  • Providing additional support as needed for various tasks

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with influencer marketing & partnerships is a must
  • 3+ years experience in social media marketing
  • Ability to work independently and to be self-sufficient when driving projects
  • Excellent communication, time management, & organizational skills
  • A love of learning new technologies and how to leverage them for the company
  • Ability to play a front-facing role for the company and marketing needs (video creation, lives, webinars, etc.), or engage other community members that can be
  • Experience with maintaining social platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
