Job Description
- Lead massive and complex commercial and operations initiatives, coordinating effectively cross-functional initiatives.
- Take ownership of analytical projects end to end from extracting and exploring data,
- Generate hypothesis, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating
- methods and results.
- Plan, execute business strategy and help to enable data-driven decision making and data access, as well as promote data analytics awareness across the organization.
- Be familiar with data analysis, data visualization and data warehousing using Business Intelligence concepts.
- Advise senior management on the best ways to use provided data.
- Lead process improvement initiatives across various operational and commercial functions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall effectiveness.
- Own the merchandising of our website, optimizing the placement of our products to deliver on every level of Homzmart’s strategy.
- Work seamlessly with all departments (Commercial, Marketing, Onsite, Operations...),
- Enable decision making, problem-solving, and ensuring laser focus execution.
- Deliver growth on the organization’s P&L, leveraging on the power of the marketplace,
- Bring orientations, feedback, and support to the commercial team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows and implement best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with commercial teams, operations teams, product teams, and other relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Work closely with teams to identify and address operational challenges, aligning efforts towards optimized processes.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in a related field
- Strong experience in SQL & Business Analytics is a must.
- Hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic thinking
