Job Description

· Reconcile payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions

· Deliver weekend reconciliation of balance sheet accounts for all vendors

· Handle the vendors' financial issues and assist the vendor operations team with the ongoing financial problems with the vendors

· Assist with ad-hoc activities that may arise from the vendors’ daily operations.

· Validate and update internal records with relevant transactions.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any other relevant major.

· Proficient user of MS Word and Excel.

·  Excellent oral/written communication skills.

·   2+ years of working experience in a relevant industry, E-commerce experience is a plus.

·  Able to work and collaborate with others within finance and with others, not within finance.

· Excellent command of written and spoken English.
