Homzmart is an end to end community that connects home professionals with homeowners who can browse home designs, furniture, accessories and products and also can find reviews, referring professionals, take advice from professionals and read articles about home improvement.

• Work with suppliers and internal partners to build lean supply chain capability in the areas of material replenishment, inventory management and capacity planning.
• Sponsor efforts to verify and improve supplier capacity, quality and delivery performance.
• Provide leadership and governance collaboration with suppliers and multiple business division functions to address and resolve supplier issues.
• Integrate efforts with business division supply chain planning, operations, receiving, Transportation, Demand and Orders, Supply Chain Planning and Logistics.
• Sponsor efforts at suppliers to perform Supplier Value Stream Mapping, material flow improvements and preparation to respond to demand.
• Plays a key role in planning and managing facility level inventory and inventory buffers to ensure assurance of supply.
• Responsible for the Supply Chain Digital team and digital tools portfolio.
• Build out the digital supply chain strategy for the facility as we look to transform from manual to more lean-automated work environment.
• Provide leadership, coaching, focus, motivation and encouragement to direct reports.
• Responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of direct reports, including development, capability building and succession planning.
