A business process engineer specializes in designing and developing business procedures, ensuring quality and efficiency. Their responsibilities revolve around identifying the needs of Homzmart as a company as well as Homzmart's consumers, analyzing existing processes to identify its strengths and weaknesses, providing solutions to problem areas, and optimizing overall operations. They may also upgrade and implement digital solutions, providing training to employees as needed. Furthermore, a business process engineer must conduct regular audit checks on the overall operations processes, performing corrective measures, and adjustments to maintain excellent operations and consumer/seller satisfaction.

1. Implement new process improvement ideas and influence decisions effectively, managing change through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach.
2. Deliver training to end-users on accounting work processes achieving compliance with require accounting practices and lower costs.
3. Analyze current business requirements and map its strengths and weaknesses with an action plan   
4. Propose RFID-based smarter logistics management solutions for process performance improvement and cost reduction.
5. Complete change management communication plan and define corporate governance practices
6. Perform a liaison function between the business side of customer enterprise and the information technology department or external service providers.
7. Performing compliance audits on overall operations 
8. leading the PMO for operations  

- Engineering background  

- 2 to 3 years experience in Process engineering 

- 6 sigma green belt

- Prefered with experience in the E-commerce industry
