Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager
Department: Credit - Agency
Reports To: VP, Credit - Agency
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing a "white glove" service to our brokers, ensuring smooth and efficient loan processing and closing experiences. As a liaison between brokers, Account Executives (AEs), and Underwriters, you will oversee the loan manufacturing process from start to finish with precision and exceptional communication.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary liaison between brokers, Account Executives, and Underwriters, delivering exceptional, personalized service.
- Manage condition submissions to Underwriters, ensuring efficient and timely reviews.
- Sign off on designated conditions within granted authority.
- Effectively oversee communication and coordination throughout the loan manufacturing process, driving loans to close quickly, efficiently, and seamlessly.

Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Thorough understanding of mortgage loan requirements, including GSE (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), FHA, and VA guidelines.
- Solid knowledge of TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) regulations and closing practices in both wet and dry funding states.
- Prior Junior Underwriting experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of processing experience, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Familiarity with advanced loan processing systems and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This position is in an office setting with computer and general office equipment. The position requires the ability to move freely around within the department and other department locations
