Location: Glastonbury/Taunton/Yeovil

Salary:  £55,000-£65,000 depending on experience

As our Lead Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our organisation, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across our domiciliary care services. You will work closely with senior management, office teams, and care professionals to ensure outstanding service delivery, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.

Key Tasks

• Leading and supporting Care Managers and office teams
• Driving operational excellence and service performance
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company standards
• Developing and mentoring future leaders
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Championing a positive culture focused on person-centred care
• Supporting business growth, recruitment, and retention strategies

Ideal Candidate

• Proven leadership experience within domiciliary care
• Strong operational and commercial awareness
• Excellent people management and coaching skills
• Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
• Passion for delivering exceptional care outcomes
• Ability to lead change, inspire teams, and drive performance
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel between services. A valid Category B driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailable.
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS
