At Home Instead, we’re looking for kind, caring and dependable people to join our team as Care Professionals, supporting older people to live happily and independently in the comfort of their own homes.

No previous care experience is required. We provide full training, ongoing support and everything you need to become confident in the role.

What you’ll get

• £14.15 per hour
• Double pay on Bank Holidays
• Paid mileage between client visits
• Paid holidays
• Alternate weekends off
• Your own regular schedule with regular clients
• Minimum one-hour visits, giving you time to provide meaningful support
• No uniform – our clients want you to be yourself
• Full induction, training and ongoing mentoring
