Care Professional – Home Instead
Make a Real Difference Every Day

As a Care Professional, you'll play a vital role in helping older adults and vulnerable individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. What You'll Do
As a Care Professional, you will:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and companionship in clients' own homes.
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting where required.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and other daily living activities.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Follow and contribute to personalised care plans tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely care records, reporting any changes in a client's health or wellbeing.
- Travel between clients' homes to provide scheduled care visits.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for caring individuals who are dependable, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding care.
Essential:
- A compassionate, caring nature with a genuine desire to support others.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for travelling between client visits.
- Consistent weekly availability, including some evenings and/or weekends.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in home care, domiciliary care, healthcare, or a similar caregiving role.
- Knowledge of person-centred care and care planning.
