The Role: Care Professional - Waking & Sleeping Nights

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Professionals, specialising in Waking & Sleeping Night shifts. This crucial role involves providing dedicated support and companionship to our clients throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will be a vital presence, offering peace of mind to clients and their families, so they can remain in the familiar surroundings of their home.

• Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• The ability to work independently and remain calm and resourceful during night hours.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between clients.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.

• Willingness to undertake night shifts (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).

• Excellent rate of pay ranging from £100 - £125 per night, acknowledging the importance of night-time support.

• Mileage paid at 30p - 55p per mile, covering travel costs between clients.
