  • Preparing meals and helping with daily routines
  • Assisting with medication and personal care
  • Supporting clients living with conditions such as dementia or those recovering from a stroke
  • Assisting with clinical needs, such as changing compression stockings or supporting with catheter care

You’ll help people continue living safely and comfortably in the place they know best - their own home.

As a Care Assistant with us, we can offer you:

  • £12.85 per hour during the week and £13.50 per hour on a weekend
  • Bank holidays paid at a double rate
  • Mileage and travel time between clients paid to you
  • Free Blue Light Card for national discounts
  • Access to our Care Skills Academy – training, mentoring, funded qualifications and clear career progression
  • Wellbeing Hub with resources on mental health, menopause, sleep, nutrition and more
  • Regular, consistent clients and the time to deliver care you’re proud of
  • Recognition and reward – because you care for our clients, and we care for you!

What do we need from you?
A genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support to our clients
Aged 18 or over and availability to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday)
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the territory we cover

Join a team that’s redefining home care - where kindness, time and trust truly matter.
