This is a full-time, office-based role, working as part of our collaborative office team in Livingston.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of creating, managing, and continuously improving schedules across the service
- Ensure efficient allocation of Care Professionals to meet client needs
- Proactively manage changes, cancellations, and service demands
- Plan ahead to anticipate capacity gaps and work with recruitment to address them
- Maintain continuity and consistency of care wherever possible
- Monitor scheduling performance, analyse operational data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Use operational data and reporting to support effective decision making and future planning
- Act as a central point of coordination between teams
- Support the business in balancing client demand with staff availability
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the scheduling system
- Contribute to improving processes as the business continues to grow
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing complex schedules in a fast-paced environment such as care, logistics, transport, workforce planning, or operations
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use information and data to solve problems and support decision making
- Confidence in making decisions, taking ownership and balancing competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and scheduling software
