Home Instead is looking for a compassionate Care Professional to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting older adults to remain happy and independent in their own homes.
We have a dedicated training centre of excellence to train clinical care skills.
Job Description
Part Time Hours
Guaranteed 16+ hour contract per week with the opportunity for additional hours.
Set availability with a rolling 2-week rota:
Know your working pattern well in advance.
Some element of Every Other Weekend working is required.

About the Role:
Whilst providing a bespoke service, meaning no two days are the same, you will be helping our clients remain safe and independent in their homes,
Your duties may include:
- Helping clients with daily routines (meals, getting ready for their day, medication, night time routines)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care needs
- Building trusting relationships with your clients, their families and other Care Professionals.
- Making a real, positive impact on someone’s life

What You will Need:
- Due to the community-based nature of this role, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to reliable transport to travel between clients’ homes.
- Good communication skills to build relationships
- Positive can-do attitude, reliability, and respect
- A genuine desire to improve and make a positive difference to the lives of others
- Trustworthiness
