We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Care Professionals to join our growing team, supporting people to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is a rewarding role where your kindness, patience, and dedication will have a genuine impact on people’s lives.
What You’ll Do
As a Care Professional, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care, including:
- Supporting with daily routines and personal care
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Supporting with medication administration.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: £14.10 – £14.50 per hour
- Enhanced Bank Holiday rate: £21 per hour
- Guaranteed hours contracts available
- 35p mileage allowance
- Minimum 1-hour visits – no rushed calls, time to care properly
- Fully accredited training and ongoing development opportunities
- A supportive and friendly team that values and respects you
- Flexible working patterns:
- 4 days per week
- Alternate weeks: Mon–Fri and Mon–Sun
About You
You don’t need prior care experience—we’ll provide full training. What matters most is your attitude and values.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is kind, patient, and genuinely caring
- Communicates clearly and confidently in English
- Has a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Has basic IT skills for record-keeping
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Takes a proactive, positive approach to supporting others
