Job Description
This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement across our service. You will play a vital part in supporting our mission to provide safe, effective, and person-centred care to all clients. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, confident in leading audits and quality assurance, and committed to driving excellence in care standards.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain bespoke, person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
- Ensure all client records are fully compliant from the outset and throughout the care journey.
- Manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a safe and seamless transition into our service with documentation, safeguarding, and compliance
- Carry out regular quality checks and audits, following up on any actions promptly.
- Monitor care delivery, listening first-hand to clients and families about what matters most to them.
- Support continuous improvement in service delivery, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
- Champion client experience by paying attention to the “small details” that make a big difference.
- Having a general overview and understanding of clients needs, medications and mobility able to support office team and care professionals
- Support the training and development for Care Professionals and office team with E-Learning to promote a culture of continuous learning and high standards
- Support with covering care calls and participating in our office on call rotation
Additional Information
About You
- Desired previous experience within the care industry
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance, care planning, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Compassionate, detail-focused, and committed to person-centred care.
- Passionate, resilient and reliable personality
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
- Full right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship).
