Job Description
🌟 The role: where people meet purpose
As Community Engagement Lead, you’ll play a key role in launching and growing our presence.
This is more than a networking role, it’s about building genuine relationships, raising awareness of what great care looks like, and connecting people to a service that can truly change lives.
You’ll be the face of Home Instead in the local community, helping us grow in a way that stays true to who we are.
🧩 What you’ll be doing
• Building strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, community groups, charities, and businesses
• Attending events, networking groups, and community activities to promote our service
• Delivering talks and presentations to raise awareness of relationship-led care
• Developing and implementing a local business development plan
• Identifying opportunities to grow our presence and reach new clients
• Tracking leads, partnerships, and engagement activity
Qualifications
🌱 What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in sales, networking, or community engagement
• A confident communicator with a warm, approachable personality
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Passionate about building relationships and making a difference
• Organised and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
• A driver with access to their own vehicle
Desirable:
• Experience in health and social care or working with older people
