Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate, organised and proactive Recruiter to join our team on a permanent basis.

This role is central to our business, you’ll be responsible for attracting, engaging and onboarding high-quality Care Professionals, while delivering a positive, supportive candidate experience from first contact through to start date.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment journey for Care Professionals

  • Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and community networks

  • Creating and running creative recruitment campaigns (online & local)

  • Supporting interviews, screening, references, DBS and Right to Work checks

  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records using SmartRecruiters (ATS)

  • Attending and organising local recruitment events, fairs and community outreach

  • Using recruitment data to monitor pipeline health and improve outcomes

  • Supporting and promoting our Employee Referral Scheme

  • Ensuring all recruitment activity meets Home Instead standards and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience delivering a full recruitment lifecycle

  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance (DBS, references, Right to Work)

  • Confidence using social media and digital tools for recruitment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly

  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and follow-through

  • IT-confident (ATS, Microsoft Office)

Ideal (but not essential):

  • Experience in care, health or people-focused sectors

  • Community engagement or events experience

  • Data-driven approach to recruitment performance
