Job Description

Your Role as a Care Professional

If you’re a parent looking to return to work — perhaps around family commitments — this role could be a perfect fit.

Quality Time Matters:
With our minimum 1-hour visits, you’ll have enough time to connect with clients without feeling rushed, making it a rewarding and relationship-focused role.

Support That Counts:
You’ll provide companionship, help with daily routines, and support clients to stay active and engaged in life.

Personal Care Focus:
You’ll help clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, offering support with day-to-day tasks and essential personal care.

Community Connections:
You’ll accompany clients on shopping trips, appointments, and social outings, helping them maintain their independence.
We do ask that our Care Professionals hold a valid driving licence and have access to a reliable car to ensure smooth support for clients.

What We Offer You

We believe in taking care of those who care for others — especially those balancing work and family life. When you join us, you’ll benefit from:

  • Flexible, part-time hours — ideal for school hours, evenings, or fitting around family life
  • Competitive pay starting at £12.60 per hour, with double time on bank holidays
  • Paid mileage and paid travel time
  • Full training, ongoing development, and opportunities to grow
  • Access to benefits including the BHSF Health Program, pension scheme, and exclusive discounts
  • Recognition through our Loyalty Incentive Scheme and Refer a Friend program
  • Regular company events and staff engagement activities
  • And much more!
