We’re growing our team in the CT4 villages — Lyminge, Etchinghill and Elham — and we’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults in their local community.

Job Description

At Home Instead, we give you the time to care properly. Our visits are a minimum of one hour, so you can focus on what matters, helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued.
You’ll support older adults with things like:
Personal care and mobility
Preparing meals or a comforting cuppa
Light household tasks to keep their home safe
Sharing conversation, stories and companionship
Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (full training provided)
No previous care experience? No problem, we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.

Qualifications
What you’ll need:
Right to work in the UK
Full driving licence & access to a car
Clear English and good communication skills
