This Live in Care Role is split between 2 placements.

Essential Requirements: You must must have access to a car and be able to drive & have a right to work in the UK.

Salary: £910/ week

Shift Pattern: 3 weeks on/ 1 week off

Location: Week 1 = Beverley, Weeks 2&3 = Hotham

Job Description

The person: We are looking for an experienced Live In Care Assistant to join our team. A successful candidate will be person-centred, patient, adaptable & be confident.

The role: This is a very varied role supporting 2 families. Your 3 week shift will begin with:

Week 1:  This lady lives with dementia, and requires lots of reassurance and patience. You duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Support with personal care
  • Meal Preparation
  • Home Help
  • Assistance with mobility

Week 2 & 3: 

This client was once a very independent lady who has suffered a series of strokes and seizures, after a spending some time in hospital she is eager to come and start getting her strength back.

As their Live In Care Assistant you will support her by providing:

  • Nutrition support - she is currently on a Level 5 food diet
  • Assistance with mobility
  • Personal Care
  • Medication Support
  • Home Help
