Job Description
About the Role:
As a Care Professional, you will:
- Provide personalised care, companionship, and household support to clients
- Assist clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life at home
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Receive comprehensive introductions to clients before initial visits
- Deliver exceptional, relationship-based care in line with our mission
- Participate in ongoing training, including specialist dementia and end-of-life care courses
