Job Description
Purpose:
To create a well-organised, welcoming, and efficient office environment while supporting key projects to ensure smooth and successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face of the office—greet visitors and handle calls with professionalism.
- Manage day-to-day office operations including emails, post, filing, and supplies.
- Support compliance and service delivery by maintaining accurate records and systems.
- Coordinate team holidays and lead Care Professional engagement activities (e.g. newsletters, recognition programs).
- Provide admin support for projects to ensure timely and effective rollout.
- Offer basic IT support such as setting up users and managing email accounts.
- Assist with any additional tasks to support the Franchise Owner and overall business success.
- Uphold equality and diversity standards in all aspects of work.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office or Google Suite) and adaptability to new tech.
- Proven experience in a busy office setting with project support exposure.
- Excellent organisation, multitasking, and communication abilities.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive, flexible attitude and a collaborative spirit.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum C in GCSE's
- Ideally Level 3 in Health and Social Care but not necessary
Requirements:
- Must have a valid FULL UK Driving License
- Must have a vehicle to commute to work
