Job Description
Pay: EXCELLENT pay of £14 to £15.50 per hour
Hours: FLEXIBLE hours of 8am to 4pm OR 5pm to 10pm (we will require you to commit to a regular shift pattern so we can fulfil the rota ahead of time)
Working hours: All staff work a minimum of 20 hours per week to make it FAIR for everyone.

What does the role involve and WHY you will play a huge part in people’s lives.
- Deliver person-centred care in clients’ own homes
- Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, continence)
- Support with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
- Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans and MAR charts
- Prepare meals and support nutritional needs and hydration
Carry out light household tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment - Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
- Observe, monitor, and report changes in health or behaviour
- Follow individual care plans and promote independence and dignity
- Maintain accurate daily records and care notes
- Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures
- Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and supervisors
- Support clients with appointments, shopping, and community access
- Respect confidentiality and comply with GDPR and CQC standards
