As a Care Assistant you are expected to:

• Be kind and compassionate.
• Have access to reliable transport to support taking clients into the community.
• Have good communication skills and be reliable.

The role is varied and will include some of the following tasks:

• Companionship - meaningful social interaction is a key part of your role
• Assist with maintain personal hygiene
• Meal preparation
• Medication support
• Picking up prescriptions, shopping, home help
• Accompanying clients to appointments or social events.

What we do:

• We will provide award winning training.
• You will receive ongoing support and training.
• You will be Introduced to clients and complete shadow shifts where appropriate.
• This is a zero-hour contract which allows you to have flexibility with your hours.
