Are you looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real difference in your local community? We are seeking compassionate and bubbly Care Assistant's to support our clients to remain safe, happy & healthy in their own homes across the Oxford & Witney areas.

About the Role:
As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you’ll visit clients in their homes to help them maintain their independence and dignity. We support clients starting at 8am and finish at 9:45pm, but can work with the hours and days that you are looking for.
Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Assisting with personal care routines
  • Supporting with medication
  • Preparing meals and assisting with eating
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Light household tasks
  • Supporting with mobility and encouraging independence

  • £13.15 per hour during the week and £13.95 per hour on a weekend with double pay on a bank holiday

What We Need from you:

  • A caring, patient and respectful nature with a genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support to our clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across Oxford and nearby areas
  • Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
  • Availability to work an alternate weeekend
  • Previous experience is welcome but not essential – we provide full training
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desired
