Job Description

Join our team of dedicated Care Professionals in the United Kingdom! We're seeking compassionate individuals to provide high-quality, person-centered care to our clients. As a Care Professional, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those in need, ensuring they receive the support and companionship they deserve.

  • Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction to clients
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or shopping trips
  • Support clients with personal care activities, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Help administer medication as directed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
  • Document and report on client's condition and care provided
  • Adapt to changing client needs and schedules
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Compassionate and kind-hearted nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and reliability
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and alternate weekends
  • Exceptional time management skills and punctuality
  • Physical stamina to assist clients with daily activities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a care setting
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area to reach clients
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (other transportation methods may be considered based on client needs and location)
  • No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided

Additional Information

You will receive

  • Hourly rate from £13.15
  • Paid mileage
  • Paid travel time and waiting time between clients visits at regular hourly rate
