Job Description
What if we told you that as part of our team, you’ll be working with someone that’s intelligent, quizzical, interesting and interested in you?
What if we assured you that they can be humorous, mischievous, funny and fun loving?
What if we said that they had a zest for life, wanted to have new experiences and wanted you to be part of that journey?
What if we promised you that they would enable you to grow in your role, develop and provide proof of the ‘soft skills’ that so many employers desire, would challenge your way of thinking, could encourage your development and make you feel like you were making a difference, just by doing your best?
We’d all want to be part of that team!
Who are these individuals? They’re our clients, and they make all of the above possible, every day, hour by hour, visit by visit.
The role of Care Professional with Home Instead is far more than a job – it’s a vocation, a purpose and in many ways a blessing, and we’d love you to be able to experience it with us!
Our client’s goal is simple: to live independently in the home that they love for as long as possible. Some are hoping for companionship, whilst others need a little help with their daily routine or are facing some of the challenges that later-life can bring, but all are looking to us to not only meet their needs, but to perhaps fulfil their wishes too.
As the only home care provider in the southwest region rated as Outstanding in all five areas of inspection by the Care Quality Commission, you can rest assured that our expectations are exceptionally high.
As a 5 Star Employer in Care, you will benefit from great rates of pay ranging from £11-£13 per hour, plus your additional costs covered*, a range of adaptable contracts including both full and part time roles, the opportunity to grow your skillset with fully funded qualifications and ongoing training, and the chance to be part of a talented, diverse, friendly, supportive and sociable team – in the heart of your local community.
Don’t hesitate... Discover why we are different and start a real career in care.
