Job Description

To plan, implement and manage campaigns across various platforms. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible ROI. The role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, a keen analytical mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

• Strategising and contributing to long-term marketing plans.
• Liaising with sales, advertising, communication, PR or media teams on cross-departmental projects and campaigns.
• Writing, editing and publishing marketing adverts, articles and other written content such as newsletters and website content.
• Producing marketing videos for social media.
• Monitoring key performance indicators to track the success of a marketing campaign.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform keyword selection.
• Writing and proofreading creative copy.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Reporting results of marketing campaigns to management teams.
• Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with Home Instead wider network to ensure local campaigns are effectively managed and optimised.

Qualifications

  • Certification in Google Ads and/or other platforms is preferred.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
  • Strong attention to detail, good organising and planning skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools

Additional Information

• Proven experience in a digital marketing setting.
• Able to continuously experiment with strategies at fast pace to test hypotheses and find advantages in a highly competitive market.
• A strong understanding and technical ability with Google Analytics 4 and content management systems, including WordPress.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram
