Job Description

As a Care Professional we receive:
- Excellent pay rates - from £11.00 per hour to £12.50 plus double pay on Bank Holidays.

Our role includes:
- Visiting people in the community for a minimum of 1 hour to support with a variety of needs including Personal care, Home Help and most importantly Companionship.
- Communicating with families and outside professionals.
- Implementing creative ideas to encourage a better quality of life.
- Participating in team meetings to support each other in our roles.
Companionship Care includes offering conversation, going out in the community, participating in hobbies and interests.
Home Help is helping with daily tasks such as meal preparation, general shopping and light housekeeping.
Personal Care assistance with our clients who require a little more support with evening routines such as showering and dressing, providing medication reminders and help with toileting.
Qualifications
- You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, experience in supporting an older person in a professional or personal capacity is ideal.
- You will need to be reliable, trustworthy, compassionate and have a passion for supporting others.
- Available to work weekends to provide continuity of care. ( We have three work patterns available to ensure you have the best work and home life balance)
