We are looking for a Live-In Recruitment Coordinator who will fit in with our quirky and diverse office team.

In return you will have:

• Good understanding of legislation relating to recruitment including enhanced criminal record checks, referencing and right to work checks
• Be confident and self motivated with the ability to maintain strong relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure.

The role:

• Manage all aspects of Live In recruitment
• Implement creative recruitment campaigns to build a bank of Live In’s
• Manage the end to end candidate experience
• Proactively source candidates to provide outstanding care to our clients
• Maintain accurate data using ATS
• Optimise the recruitment tools available and keep up to the date on best practice approaches
• On call duties after 3 months
• Based in Woking

Due to the nature of the role and the need to be out in the community, a full driving licence and use of your own car is essential.
