Client Description

Mrs YM is a 104 year old lady who fractured her hip 5 months ago and is now recovered though is increasing having difficulty mobilising. She has a great sense of humour and is of strong Christian beliefs. Her dementia is termed as mid level and is able to converse and make some decisions.
