We are expanding our outstanding team and looking for a part-time Field Supervisor to join us in the East Nottinghamshire and Melton Mowbray area.

Your Role:
As a Field Supervisor, you’ll enjoy a varied and fulfilling role that includes:
- Client Interaction:
- Conducting quarterly Quality Assurance checks and Service Reviews in clients' homes.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and other care professionals.
-Care Professional Support:
- Performing support visits and medication competencies.
- Mentoring and guiding Care Professionals through regular meetings and community visits.
- Operational Excellence:
- Auditing client logs and medication records to ensure top-quality care.
- Maintaining accurate records on Home Instead software and People Planner.
- Team Collaboration:
- Conducting introductions between clients and Care Professionals.
- Supporting client visits and participating in on-call duties as needed.
- Consultative Role:
- Carrying out Care Consultations with new clients and completing all relevant paperwork.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion and Enthusiasm: A genuine love for caring for people and making a difference.
- Availability: Must be available on weekdays and weekends.
- Driving Requirement: A driver with access to your own vehicle.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel) and other software.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.

Qualifications
· Have a NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a care environment.
