To provide live in care supporting a client at home with all aspects of their well being and within their home envionment.

Client Description

Client moved into a nursing in home in September 2021 as she required nursing care due to experiencing breathing difficulties because of an ongoing lung condition. Client has subsequently made amazing progress having had radiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation care. She is now in a position to go back to her home as she no longer requires nursing support. Client is requesting a minimum of 3 months live in care which could go on for longer. Client is very independent with personal care and self medicates and uses a walker to mobilise around the home. 

Client had a stoma bag fitted in 2016, which she manages herself but may require support. 

Client is chatty and socialable and will require support to access the community to go to the shops and places of interest.. She may use a wheelchair when out of the home. 

Client has full capacity to make all her decisions and has a good network of support from her best friend and sister.
