As Head of Client Care, you will be the first point of contact for families and clients looking for care, taking enquiries and arranging and conducting consultations, commanding credibility with your calm and assertive approach to care planning.

• Level 5 qualification (or Level 3 and be working toward a Level 5 qualification). 
• Solid understanding of the CQC regulatory framework, and willingness to learn and exceed Home Instead standards and write fantastic, person centred care plans
• Strong customer service skills, a natural ability to put families at ease 
• Hunger and ambition to drive and grow business

£30k plus depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
