Job Description

We are looking for a FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR to join our OUTSTANDING and expanding team to help support our care professionals and clients in the East Nottinghamshire & Melton Mowbray areas.

This is an interesting and varied role involving:

1. Conducting client service reviews and quality assurance visits.

2. Conducting care professional support visits and medication competencies.

3. Auditing of client paperwork including medication administration records. 

4. Maintaining accurate client and care professional records on Home Instead software.

5. Conducting client and care professional introductions.

6. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.  

7. Support and mentor care processionals. 

8. Maintain regular contact with clients and care professionals.

9. Providing cover support for our clients when required. 

10. Participate in on-call rota duties.

11. Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business. 

This is a full time role but, part time will be considered for the right candidate. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You must be enthusiastic and passionate about caring for people.

Due to the requirements of the role, you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle. 

Ideal candidates will be located in or around the following areas: Bingham, Melton, Newark or Keyworth.

Qualifications

1. Have a level 3 diploma in adult social care or a willingness to work towards this. 

2. Have a minimum of 2 years expereicne in delivering care to older people.
