Do you have a passion for driving new business?  Can you sustain a working schedule that is demanding, because the quality of the service you have is unrivalled and sought after? Do you care that people who need your service receive the best?

The New Client Manager spearheads the handling of client enquiries, taking them through a consultation process to determine what’s best for the new client and then ensuring we deliver it.  You’ll need excellent phone skills, empathetic and clear communication in front of potential clients and their families and the intelligence to write clear care plans from which our Care Professionals can deliver a great service.

You may have care experience, if not you’ll need to be able to assimilate it quickly and accurately.  You must have stamina, good IT skills, ability to communicate to clients, their families and your team colleagues, have excellent skills in writing and on the phone, work alone and in a team and be enthused by growth targets.
