Job Description

The Quality Lead is responsible for driving our high-quality person-centred care and are advocates for this across the business. The Quality Lead will be responsible for a specific area in which you will be the first point of call for our clients and Care Professionals.

The Role:

Driving high-quality person-centred care and be an advocate for this across the business

Implementing, monitoring, and communicating on outcome focussed delivery

Planning and undertaking follow up actions from service reviews, updating and communicating changes in care plans

Conducting client Quality Assurance visits in person or by telephone

Creating and updating client care plans and assisting with digital care planning

Maintaining accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software

Conduct client and Care Professional introductions

Where necessary and in line with business needs to supporting care consultations and the onboarding of new clients

Building and maintaining positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care

Supporting and mentoring Care Professionals, explaining and discussing care plan requirements and specifically achievements and outcomes of the service

Providing support to the Client Experience team

Maintaining regular contact with clients and Care Professionals

Participating in on-call duties as required

Maintaining compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, and ensure in respect of employment and service delivery
