Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Aylesbury Vale and North East Oxfordshire.  As a Team Leader you will be completing care consultations,  Care Professional supervisions, building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader you must have achieved or working towards completing a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent. Experience within the care section is essential, a passion for delivery hight customer service and have the knowledge and understanding of legislation specific to Health Social care is desired.
