Job Description

We are looking for a caring individual to oversee a 24 hour package within the Palm bay area in Margate for a elderly lady that lives with Dementia in her own home.

You will be overseeing the day to day running of her care and enabling our client to lead a fulfilling life and maintaining a positive wellbeing. 

You will be directly line managing around ten people and reporting to the registered care manager.

Qualifications

  • Be a great leader that wants a happy team and happy clients.
  • Experience in care is an essential requirement and you are working towards or willing to work toward a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in the relevant area.
  • You will also be kind and have a real genuine passion for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve.
  • Strive to deliver outstanding care, in a team already rates Outstanding under CQC under "caring". 
  • You must be willing to work shifts with your client and participate in on call duties.
