We cover East and Mid Devon and have an office based in Budleigh Salterton and a training centre in Clyst St Mary.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a pivotal point in our growth and be a key player in a team who are passionate about making a real difference to people’s lives across Exeter, East Devon, Mid Devon and the Blackdown Hills.

You will assist the Marketing Coordinator to passionately champion our brand, and importantly, the values of our business, internally and externally, with colleagues, clients and the wider community, through face to face community networking and digital marketing strategies with some traditional media as well.

Deliver promotional activities both face to face and virtually to increase awareness of Home Instead’s client services and employment opportunities in the local community.

Plan and successfully execute regular community marketing events including attending fairs, exhibitions, recruitment events and any other events that would promote our services to the public.

Continually deliver a message that reflects our mission, vision and values and delivers our value proposition.

Liaise with the Marketing Coordinator to plan and coordinate a schedule of activities across social media platforms.

Ensure digital content is engaging and kept up to date.

Work with the Marketing Coordinator to monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner

Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and translate those into new ideas for our business

Assist in creating promotional materials, including videos, presentations and literature

Write and distribute press releases and editorials and write copy for magazines and newspapers with good English and design layout

Use e-marketing tools to create engaging and relevant communications

Collate content to create and edit a weekly internal e-newsletters

Use design software to create and resize print adverts and other marketing collateral

Manage own time effectively, prioritising critical tasks and adapting to the changing needs of the business and reacting to new needs or challenges in an effective manner.

Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy in respect of employment and service delivery.

Attend regular marketing meetings for planning and activity reporting

Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
