We are looking for an experienced and credible health or social care specialist to help drive the quality improvement process.

As Home Instead UK continues to grow, supporting franchises to maintain and improve care quality is critical to our success. The Standards Lead will audit our network of franchise offices against Home Instead standards and provide feedback and reports with actions and outcomes

In addition the Standards Lead will provide advice to franchises on Franchise Standards, Home Instead policies and relevant care & regulatory standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to help take our quality support to the next level and to support more than 230 Owners and 9,000 CAREGivers who are making a real difference to clients in their own homes across the 4 nations of the UK .

Qualifications in social care or nursing min of Level 5.

Three years of related business experience; franchising experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Must possess a valid driver’s license
