Job Description

You will be overseeing all recruitment activity, creating recruitment plans to ensure growth of our CAREGiver teams to increase our capacity to care and support our wonderful clients live well at home.

Leading networking activity throughout the community

Ensuring effective use of the ATS – and managing all job advertisements with our recruitment partners and social medias.

Working with local businesses and organisations on Employee Partnerships, where you’ll encourage people to consider a career in adult social care whilst developing the Home Instead Employer Brand to elevate and professionalise the role of CAREGiving.

Monitoring CAREGiver welfare, morale, and wellbeing

Ensuring all CAREGiver files always remain compliant, and conducting regular audits

Qualifications

We are looking for a dynamic, inspiring, and creative individual with the drive and passion to attract and recruit fantastic CAREGivers from our local community. This is a varied, challenging but highly rewarding role where you have the autonomy to define recruitment strategies using a variety of different sources with the focus on quality rather than quantity.

To be successful, you will be able to deliver a first-class candidate experience, drive candidate engagement and be confident in building strong relationships in the local community.

You will have a Degree in Human Resources or Business or commensurate job experience

It is beneficial for the candidate to have interest in the care sector.

Additional Information

As a small and busy office team, the successful candidate will also be expected to support the office with other duties such as communicating with clients to maintain and build positive relationships with potential and existing clients and their families and sharing the on-call duties with the rest of the team.

You would be located in our London Bridge office.
